The 2023 calendar revisited the seasons of the year calendar from 2010. For this version I added color to the illustrations and gathered them on a single sheet. I removed the zodiac element and put in a ring design in each season. I titled it SEASONS’ GREETINGS, a term usually pertaining to the Winter holiday Season only, however I opened up the saying to pertaining to each Season of the year. The original idea for the 2023 calendar was to be a depiction of the western zodiac signs. Creating twelve full color illustrations of each sign proved too difficult to finish for the 2023 calendar. I was in the middle of a major household move and needed to come up with an alternative idea fast. Fortunately I had already colored the original inked Season Heralds for prints and magnets, I was able to produce a 2023 calendar in time for the new year.
