An ambitious Confederate advance is thwarted by the burning of a bridge. The flames race toward the Confederate flag on the Wrightsville side of the river. Now the river stands as a barrier that cannot be crossed by an invader. The objective is lost. It is a card that reminds us of a time when disaster strikes and limits are reached.
